This core proceeding came on to be heard on the timely-filed complaint of AmSouth Financial Corp. (“AmSouth”) seeking to have its debt excepted from the discharge provisions of 11 U.S.C. § 727, and objecting to the debtor’s general discharge. The court bifurcated the proceeding and heard only the Section 523 matters in order to consolidate numerous Section 727 complaints.
