ODOM, Justice.
This is an action for damages. Defendant excepted to plaintiff’s petition on the ground that it set out no cause of action. This exception was overruled by the trial court, but when the case was called for trial before a jury, the defendant objected to the introduction of any testimony on the ground that no cause of action was alleged. This objection was sustained and plaintiff’s suit was ordered dismissed. Plaintiff appealed from this ruling and carried her case to the Court of Appeal, Parish of Orleans, where the ruling of the trial court was affirmed., See opinion reported in…
