This divorce case is here on the wife’s petition to require her husband to pay counsel fees and expenses for his wife, alleging that she is “without funds to maintain herself and defend against this action,” and on respondent husband’s answer to the petition alleging that his wife is gainfully employed and “is not without funds to defend against this action.” At the hearing, it appeared that the case is still in the pleading stage on complaint and praecipe for rule for bill of particulars, that petitioner makes no claim for expenses, but does request a nominal award against her…
