This appeal challenges the validity of the nonsuit judgment entered by the court below at the close of plaintiffs case.

The plaintiff was seriously injured when he was struck by defendant’s truck as he was crossing a snow-covered road in Pittsburgh in order to board a bus to work. On the day of the accident, December 24, 1969, at about 6:45 a.m., it was cold, dark and snowing.
