Plaintiffs, minority stockholders of General Motors Corporation, appeal from a judgment for defendants General Motors and E. I. du Pont de Nemours & Company entered in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York after a trial without a jury before Charles M. Metzner, J., 279 F.Supp. 361 (1967). Plaintiffs brought this derivative antitrust action in June 1957, 1 immediately after the Supreme Court’s opinion in United States v. E.
