Paul W. BROSMAn, Judge:

A general court-martial sitting at Munich, Germany, found the accused soldier guilty under two specifications of aggravated assault, in violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, Article 128, 50 USC §722. He was sentenced to receive a dishonorable discharge, together with total forfeitures and confinement at hard labor for five years. The findings and sentence were approved by the convening authority and affirmed by a board of review in the office of The Judge Advocate General.
