These matters come before the Court on the motions to strike the fourth affirmative defenses of Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (“GOAA”), Jacksonville Port Authority (“JPA”), and Palm Beach County (“PBC”), (collectively referred to as the “Creditors”), and to strike their counterclaims for recoupment.
