FRANK, Circuit Judge.
1. Appellant points to the fact that the trial court in its opinion, in addition to the finding quoted above, said:
“In estimating the cost of replacements, we must not forget that as a building advances in age a greater outlay is required to make the necessary replacements. Certainly with the property located as it is, near Mitchel Field, war insurance would be carried by any prudent person, who was the owner of the subject property.
