This is a mandamus proceeding brought by Mrs. Evelyn M. Davidson (Whitehurst), individually and in her capacity as admin-istratrix of the succession of Clarence E. Davidson, against the American Paper Manufacturing Company, Inc., and against Percy R. Davidson, secretary, Norman L. Davidson, president, and Mrs. C. L. Johnson, each being a stockholder in the said corporation, and against C. L.
