This is a review of a published decision of the court of appeals, Brantner v. Jenson, 120 Wis. 2d 63, 352 N.W.2d 671 (Ct. App. 1984), affirming a judgment of the circuit court for Eau Claire county, William D. O’Brien, Circuit Judge. The portion of the judgment in question awarded the plaintiff LaVern F.
