delivered the opinion of the court.

Plaintiff filed its complaint October 15, 1946, against defendant for specific performance, to compel defendant to assign four pending applications for patents and for injunctive relief to restrain him from using or disclosing to others processes, formulas and products covered by said patents. Defendant filed his answer. Upon a reference to a master to report his conclusions of fact and law, the master recommended a decree in favor of complainant, in accordance with the prayer of the complaint, to which exceptions were filed.…
