This case was instituted in City Court No. 2 of the City of St. Louis, to recover of defendant a fine on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon in violation of an ordinance of said city. The proceedings in the city court resulted in a judgment imposing on defendant a fine of fifty dollars. The case went on appeal to the St. Louis Court of Criminal Correction. The proceedings in that court resulted in a judgment imposing on defendant a fine of ten dollars.
