{¶ 1} Respondent, Eric Andrew Wrage of Minford, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0070463, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1999.

{¶2} On October 19, 2009, the secretary of the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline submitted a certified copy of a determination that Wrage was in default of a child-support order. In accordance with Gov.Bar R. V(5)(A), we entered an interim suspension order and referred the matter to relator, disciplinary counsel, for investigation and the commencement of disciplinary proceedings.
