Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Franklin County (Main Jr., J), rendered May 13, 2013, which revoked defendant’s probation and imposed a sentence of imprisonment.

In 2010, defendant was convicted upon his guilty plea of two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree in satisfaction of a four-count indictment stemming from his sale of crack cocaine on two occasions.
