This is an appeal from an order denying an application of George H. Fisher, an attorney at law, made on behalf of himself and of the firm of which he is a member, to set aside the satisfaction of a-judgment obtained by the plaintiff against the defendants and for the appointment of a referee to ascertain and determine the reasonable value of his services and those of the firm of Fisher & Yoltz in this action.
