Before this Court is Society of Lloyd’s (“Plaintiff’) Motion for Summary Judgment (Docket No. 11) against Defendant Beverly Anne Hudson (“Defendant”). Defendant has filed an opposition to Plaintiffs motion.

I. Background

This case stems from litigation in England, in which the Plaintiff won a judgment against the Defendant. The Defendant participated in an insurance underwriting insurance group through the Plaintiff.
