{¶ 1} This is an appeal of a sentence that was reimposed upon appellant Justin W. Baker by the Carroll County Court of Common Pleas after a probation violation. Appellant argues that the court should not have imposed the maximum sentence of eighteen months in prison and that his counsel was ineffective for failing to object to the maximum sentence.
