On July 15, 2002, this court received the mandate from the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in the above-captioned matter. In its opinion, the Tenth Circuit affirmed in part and reversed in part this court’s March 19, 2001 Order, which dismissed all of Plaintiffs claims. Specifically, the Tenth Circuit affirmed this court’s dismissal of Plaintiffs claims for malicious prosecution, failure to supervise, false imprisonment, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, but it reversed this court’s dismissal of Plaintiffs slander claim based…
