Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Vogt, J.), rendered October 4, 1984, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of rape in the second degree (two counts), sexual abuse in the second degree and incest (three counts).
Defendant was indicted on May 17, 1984 and charged with three counts of second degree rape and three counts of incest, based on allegations that on two occasions he raped one of his daughters who was then 12 years old and on one occasion he raped another of his daughters who was then 11 years old.
