ORDER
Wisconsin inmate Harrison Franklin alleges in this suit under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 that prison employees repeatedly violated his constitutional rights over a six-year period while he was confined at the Wisconsin Secure Program Facility (“WSPF”) and before that the Waupun Correctional Institution (‘WCI”). The district court dismissed a number of Franklin’s claims in interim orders and granted summary judg*718ment for the defendants on those that remained. Franklin appeals, seeking to revive nearly every claim in his lengthy complaint.
