COHN, District Judge.

This is a criminal case. Defendant-Appellant Robert Manley (“Manley”) appeals from his conviction and within-guidelines sentence of 70 months following his guilty plea to four counts of bank robbery. Manley challenges the denial of his requests for a mental evaluation and a hearing to determine his competency as well as the imposition of a two-level sentencing enhancement for a threat of death. We AFFIRM.
