ORDER
VINSON, District Judge.
Debtors, Edgewater Sun Spot, Inc., Edgar L. Mathieu, and Jane E. Mathieu, have appealed from a decision of the Bankruptcy Unit of this Court in their jointly administered bankruptcy cases [In re Edgar L. and Jane E. Mathieu, Case Number 91-02303 and In re Edgewater Sun Spot, Inc., Case Number 91-02304]. Appellants contend that the Bankruptcy Judge erred in awarding attorney’s fees and costs to appellee Pennington & Haben, P.A. Appellants also contend that the Bankruptcy Judge erred in denying their motion for partial abstention, and in his evidentiary rulings…
