This matter is before the Court on the petition for an injunction pursuant to Section 10® of the National Labor Relations Act (“NLRA”), 29 U.S.C. § 151 et seq., 29 U.S.C. § 160®, brought by Petitioner Peter Sung Ohr, Regional Director of Region 13 of the National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB” or the “Board”), for and on behalf of NLRB.
