Continental Illinois National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago, agent for the debtors’ secured bank creditors (“Banks”), 1 has been attempting to obtain from the debtors (“GHR”) and GHR’s accountants, Arthur Andersen & Co. (“Andersen”), Coopers & Lybrand (“Coopers”) and Peat, Mar-wick, Mitchell & Co. (“Peat, Marwick”) (collectively “accountants”) 2 copies of certain documents for the years 1974 through 1983 in connection with the financial affairs of GHR and tax claims filed in these proceedings by the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”)…
