I. Introduction

Plaintiff Timothy E. Ambrosini (hereinafter “Ambrosini”) brings this action pur suant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 405(g) and 1383(c)(3), seeking review of the final determination of the Commissioner of Social Security (hereinafter “Commissioner”) denying his application for supplemental security income (hereinafter “SSI”) under Title XVI of the Social Security Act (herein after the “Act”). 42 U.S.C. §§ 1381-1383f.
