Jimmy Yelverton appeals from the entry of an adverse judgment following a bench trial on three of his four claims against Mobile Laboratories, Inc. (Mobile). We affirm.

Yelverton was employed by Mobile as a radiographic technician. 1 On August 16, 1977, Yelverton drove from his home in Laurel, Mississippi, to Mobile’s place of business in Harvey, Louisiana.
