DENTON, Chief Justice.
This suit was instituted by Annie Letter-mann and others, appellees and plaintiffs below, against Texaco, Inc. and Kerr-McGee Oil Industries, Inc., in the nature of a declaratory judgment proceeding. The case involves the construction of an oil and gas lease which contained a lease pooling clause, executed by appellees and their predecessors in title, as lessors, to Texaco, Inc., as lessee.
