Appeal from Polk District Court. — Hon. W. F. Cone ad, Judge. Action at law to recover for negligence of defendant in the collection of certain drafts. The district court directed a verdict for defendant. Plaintiffs appeal.

i basks and SoísV duty to bring suit, I. The plaintiffs are dealers in oysters and fruits in the city of Baltimore, and for more than a year sold goods to one Price, doing business in T*es Moines. These sales were frequent, payment for the goods, plaintiffs drew drafts on Price, payable to defendant’s order, and sent this paper to defendant for collection. The drafts were of frequent occurrence. Those sued upon were drawn about weekly. It is not shown how many prior drafts were drawn, or their frequency, but we are authorized to infer that in this regard they were about the same as the drafts…
