ORDER

O’KELLEY, Senior District Judge.

This case is before the court for consideration of plaintiffs’ motion to transfer venue pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) [39— 1]. After careful consideration, the court grants plaintiffs’ motion for the reasons stated herein.

This case revolves around a slip and fall by Mrs. Betty Lou Moore on June 10, 1995. Mrs. Moore fell down a staircase of defendant McKibbon Brothers’ motel in Gainesville, Georgia, suffering extensive injuries. Mrs. Moore and her husband John L. Moore reside in Harnett County, North Carolina, just outside of Erwin, North Carolina.…
