— Appeal by the People from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Linakis, J.), dated October 6, 1981, which, after a hearing, granted defendants’ motions to suppress physical evidence as to all of them and certain statements made by defendant Jackson. Order reversed, on the law and the facts, motions to suppress denied, and case remitted to the Supreme Court, Queens County, for further proceedings.
