Defendant, GTE Network Systems, Inc. (GTE) (now GTE Communications Systems Corporation), appeals from a judgment of $9,000 entered by the trial court in favor of plaintiff, Michael David Associates, Inc. (David Associates), after a bench trial on an alleged breach of a contract action. David Associates is a licensed employment agency and GTE is a corporation engaged in the communications business.
