Order of disposition of the Family Court, New York County (Jack Turret, J.), entered on September 23, 1985, which adjudicated appellant a juvenile delinquent and placed him on probation for 16 months, is unanimously reversed, on the law, the facts and in the exercise of discretion, and the matter remanded for a new fact-finding hearing.
