In this class action, the plaintiff, Samuel Parry, M.D., on behalf of a certified class (the “Class”), seeks review of the trial court’s judgment granting partial summary judgment in favor of the defendant, The Administrators of the Tulane Educational Fund d/b/a Tulane Medical School (“Tulane”).
