SNYDER, Judge.

Robert A. Weinbauer (Weinbauer) sued Wilbert and Elsie Berberich d/b/a Berbe-rieh Delivery Service (Berberich) and the Pulitzer Publishing Company for personal injuries he sustained in a rear-end collision. A jury found in favor of Weinbauer and against Berberich in the sum of $30,000, and in favor of the Pulitzer Publishing Company. Berberich appeals the verdict in favor of Weinbauer.
