Under a decree in favor of the now appellant, the mills and farm of a certain Tlmmas Caldwqll, were sold, and the Appellant became the purchaser. Grimes, the present appellee, resided upon the estate at the time, claiming under some contract made with Caldwell, as a purchaser from him; hut of what kind does not appear in this cause.
