OPINION

MATTINGLY, Judge.

George C. Bagnall and Ann H. Bagnall (Bagnalls) appeal the dismissal of their three petitions for writs of certiorari. The petitions were directed to the decision of the Town of Beverly Shores Board of Zoning Appeals (Board) granting Michael Pavel variances from certain zoning ordinances. The Bagnalls raise five issues for our review, which we consolidate and restate as follows:(1) whether the trial court erred in dismissing the petitions, and(2) whether the trial court erred in assessing attorney’s fees against the Bagnalls.

We reverse and remand.
