MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDER
MUNSON, Chief Judge.
Presently before the Court is a motion by third-party defendant New York State Department of Health (State) for an Order pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 26(c) vacating plaintiffs interrogatories directed to the State. The State contends that this Court lacks jurisdiction to issue an Order compelling it to respond to interrogatories from plaintiff because of the bar of sovereign immunity.
