MEMORANDUM
WARRINER, District Judge.
On 22 April 1981, King Properties, Inc. filed a petition in bankruptcy under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The bankruptcy petition indicated that the firm of Marks, Stokes & Harrison would be counsel for King Properties, the debtor in possession. An application for employment of that firm was not filled with the Bankruptcy Court until 23 November 1981.
