Bauerhin Technologies Limited Partnership and John V. Carr & Son Inc. (collectively, Bauerhin) appeal from the summary judgment of the United States Court of International Trade holding that the United States Customs Service correctly classified their imported child seat inserts. Bauerhin Techs. Ltd. v. United States, 914 F.Supp. 554 (Ct. Int’l Trade 1995).
