The record in this case discloses the following facts, to wit: On August 25, 1913, Marie Serres, wife of Louis Bordes, presented to the district court a petition in which she alleges the death of Jean Serres, leaving an estate and debts, further alleges that he was her father, and that she is his sole heir, and that an inventory and administration of the estate are necessary, upon which petition the court made an order for an inventory and directed that due notice of the application for administration be published.
