—The petitioner, L. Salario, filed his application in this Court for certiorari on January 5, 1932. The writ of certiorari was issued on said date to "W". A. Dickenson, Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, directing said Clerk to transmit to this Court the record of a certain cause which had originated in the Civil Court of Record in and for Hillsborough County wherein the Latin-American Bank, a, corporation, was plaintiff, and L. Salario was defendant.

Judgment in that cause was entered in the Civil Court of Record on December 8, 1931, in favor of the plaintiff,…
