*454Defendant Shawn Daryl Young was convicted by jury of sexually abusing his two daughters, A. and H., as well as their friend, M., who lived next door. With respect to A., defendant was convicted of sexual penetration with a child 10 years of age or younger ( Pen. Code, § 288.7, subd. (b) )1 and lewd or lascivious conduct with a child under the age of 14 years (§ 288, subd. (a)).
