The record discloses that, on the 10th day of December, 3935, the plaintiff hoarded a Fair Grounds car at East Fifth and Locust Streets, and rode to East Thirtieth and , Walnut Streets, known on defendant’s line as the Fair Grounds Station. After the car had stopped at East Thirtieth Street, the plaintiff at*386tempted to alight, and in making this attempt, fell and was injured.
