This is an appeal from judgments for the defendants in three eases which were consolidated for trial. Three actions were brought, one by Elizabeth P. Younee, one by her minor daughter, Gloria Jean Younee, and one by her husband, Raymond F. Younee, for personal injuries allegedly sustained by the first two and for loss of services and consortium of his wife, and medical expenses of his minor daughter, sustained and incurred by Raymond F.
