Appellant, Hi-Shear Technology Corporation (hereinafter “Hi-Shear”), appeals various rulings made during a nine-week trial, primarily the partial denial of its motion for directed verdict on the Hobbs Act affirmative defense asserted by Appel-lee, United Space Alliance, LLC (hereinafter “United Space”). United Space cross-appeals the trial court’s ruling partially directing a verdict on its Hobbs Act defense. We affirm on all issues.
