On the 17th day of June, 1886, a judgment hy confession was entered in the Superior Court of Cook County by defendants in error against the plaintiffs in error upon a certain note and warrant of attorney substantially in the usual form. On June 26th thereafter, a motion was made by the plaintiffs in error in the said court to correct the record of the said judgment so as to show that the branch of the said court; presided over by the Hon.
