ADAMS, Judge.
¶ 1 Claimant Christopher Newquist filed a workers’ compensation claim contending he injured his face, head, neck, left jaw, left shoulder, and left wrist on June 13, 2003, while employed by Hall Building Products, Inc. (Employer, collectively with its insurer, Compsource Oklahoma).
