HAND, Circuit Judge.

The Cornell Steamship Company appeals from a decree in the admiralty of the District Court for the Southern District of New York, Murphy, J., presiding, holding its tug, “Lion,” solely liable for a collision with an “icebreaker,” constructed in the Hudson River to protect one of the abutments of the Thruway Bridge then being constructed by the libellant across the Hudson River in Tap-pan Zee.
