1Opinion of the CourtCarney, J.

In the court below the Chancellor rendered decrees adverse to the complainants. While the complainants excepted to the action of the Chancellor, they did not appeal; at least there is nothing in the transcript before this court which showed the granting of an appeal. They filed a bill of review which was denied *342by the Chancellor: Oh December 14, 1965, complainants filed the record for writ of error in lien of an appeal as provided by T.C.A. Section 27-601, 610. Complainants have filed some twelve assignments of error bnt we do not deém it necessary to discuss them seriatim.
