Plaintiff Progressive Realty Advisors, Inc. (“Progressive”) brought this suit against defendant The Great-West Life Assurance Company (“Great-West”), seeking the recovery of real estate brokerage commissions and the value of services rendered with respect to certain properties owned by the defendant.
